Leave material Needs Classification when a reliable category cannot yet be assigned.
F · Experiment
Require an actually executed test, explicit condition/result/status and a reference back to the tested hypothesis.
G · Reviews
Source Verification and AI Review are signed separately for each object and never inherited from the word record.
