① Purpose（目的）
The Unilanguage Translation Protocol is designed to evaluate and guide AI translation between English, Chinese and future languages.
共通语言翻译协议用于评价和指导 AI 在英汉以及更多语言之间的翻译、 语义映射和意义重构。
② Core Idea（核心思想）
Translation is not only replacing one word with another word. True translation should reconstruct meaning across language, culture, sound, space and human cognition.
翻译不是简单把一个词换成另一个词。 真正的翻译应该在不同语言、文化、声音、空间和认知系统之间重构意义。

This standard can be used to compare different AI translation systems, including domestic and international AI models.
这个标准可以用于比较不同 AI 翻译系统， 包括中国国内和国际 AI 翻译模型。
⑤ Example: sky → 盖（gài）
A normal translation may translate sky as 天空. This is correct at the literal level.
But in Unilanguage, sky may also be mapped to 盖 gài, because the sky can be understood as something that covers the world.

This is not a replacement for normal translation. It is a deeper semantic and cultural mapping.

⑥ AI Benchmark（AI 翻译基准）
The Translation Protocol can be used as a benchmark to test how well an AI system understands meaning beyond direct word translation.
Translation Benchmark 可以测试 AI 是否只是翻译词语， 还是能够理解深层语义、文化隐喻和跨语言映射。
- Does the AI preserve literal accuracy?
- Does the AI reconstruct semantic meaning?
- Does the AI recognize cultural metaphors?
- Does the AI explain sound or structural mapping?
- Does the AI follow Unilanguage rules?

Translation Protocol is an application of the Protocol Book. It uses Sound, Space, Time, Meaning, Language, Human and Knowledge as its theoretical foundation.
